Return Policy
JVS Security Solutions has a 30-day return policy on all merchandise. Contact Customer Service to arrange for a return authorization. RMA numbers should be marked clearly on the shipping label. All packages returned without an RMA number will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was sent to you. Deactivators and detachers may be returned for store credit only. Security tags and systems are subject to a 15 percent re-stocking fee.  Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving returned merchandise. All International sales are final.

Warranty Policy
JVS Security Solutions stands behind everything we sell and offers a 30-day functionality guarantee on all refurbished merchandise sold online. If you discover your merchandise is faulty within 30 days of the purchase date, we will replace your merchandise at no cost to you. We''''''''''''''''ll even arrange the shipping.

The limited warranty for detection systems is extended to 90 days if you have the systems professionally installed by one of our skilled technicians.

New Detection Systems have a limited 1-year parts warranty. All detection systems require an isolated power line or warranty is void. Power must be run to within 8 feet of the exit, and must be completed prior to installing the detection system.
